Here you can find the Registration Form and Payment Information for the 1997 Heavy Flavor Symposium, which will be held at the University of California at Santa Barbara July 7-11 1997. Please give both e-mail and postal mail addresses. This information will not be distributed to any organizations other than the HF97 local organizing committee.

Payment Information

The registration fee is $350 if paid before June 1, 1997, and $400 if paid later or on arrival. The fee includes the proceedings, a reception, a beach barbeque, and four lunches. Parking on the UCSB campus is by permit only. Parking permits can be purchased for $10 on arrival, or can be requested by checking the appropriate box in the Registration Form below. Additional reception ($35) and beach barbeque ($28) tickets for accompanying adults can also be purchased in the same way. Due to security concerns, we do not accept electronic payments.
